257MB mega.nz/file/0HElBQaS#hhRklAAlIWp8qB-t9KhEABrIM7iBQ8cW2fjZd3CXQXMIf I'd had the 1972, 7 1/2-speed, Magtec duplication of their "BEST OF" (Vol. 1) recording to pull this from...it would sound five-times *better*, having absolutely NO BACKGROUND HISS (and: y'd all forget who Vic Anesini even was, HA!). Burton Cummings has always been unique unto himself regardless; however, it is just amazing to realize that a (then) 21 y.o. was able to cultivate such a developed level of talent and artistry in the world of 1968 (vs. what abject retarded garbage consumerism has devolved more-recent generations with). "THESE EYES" started (finally) breaking the GW in America around this time of year in 1969. To me: the recording taken from the album proper ("WHEATFIELD SOUL"), has a lot more noticeable reverb on it than what's used on the Anesini-mastered CD of "BEST OF". i.postimg.cc/xCkd6fCV/Polish-20231229-173627720.jpgi.postimg.cc/NfjzSKtX/Polish-20240119-181908575.jpg
