Two-best cases of "live" covers never studio recorded

IMO:

1. The Everly Brothers (Phil,
particularly) doing Tom Paxton's
"The Last Thing on My Mind"; as
on their ultra-rare, 1970 variety
show.

2. The Beatles doing a proper,
studio recording of "Some Other
Guy". *If*, in an alternate
universe, this had only been a
mono B-side along the way...and,
had been ready by the time
Capitol compiled the Second
Album: just imagine how kick-ass-
epic a Duophonic version of it
would've been like (and, if it
had supplanted the place of "Long
Tall Sally" instead).
